		ba/pa, beng/peng (the p, k, and t sounds are quite 'breathy')
		ga/ka, geng/keng
		da/ta, deng/teng
		fa, feng (there's no 'v' sound in Chinese)
		jie/qie, jiao/qiao
		zhe/che, zhao/chao ('retroflex' sounds: see 'Other Sounds')
		ze/ce, zao/cao2 (Mandarin has no "z" sound - only "dz")
		si, sun
		xi/shi, xun/shun ('sh' is a retroflex sound)
